About me

After retiring from banking, I wanted a new hobby beyond reading, puzzles, gardening, and watching mysteries. I began by crafting Highland cows and pixies for my grandkids, but sought something more unique. While visiting my sister-in-law in England, I discovered she was making stained glass art on roofing slates and I made a dragonfly with her help. I loved the process and, once back in Michigan, began creating birds and koi to decorate my garden fence. As my collection grew, space became limited, and my daughter encouraged me to sell my work at art shows. I started doing so in 2023 and found great joy in both creating and sharing my art, which has been well received and allows me to continue funding my passion.
